My Why:
I am really passionate about being able to utilise all of my skill set in one session. I have over 30 years experience as an MSK physio and along the way have collected additional skills which include injections, diagnostic ultrasound scanning and then specialising in ultrasound guided injections to ensure accuracy of needle placement. I am very passionate about using diagnostic ultrasound scanning within my service and feel this enables me to provide a comprehensive examination and to provide more certainty for patients with their ongoing rehab needs.
Your Reasurance:
I am registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and have additional membership to the Musculoskeletal association of chartered physiotherapists (MACP) as well, The MACP membership is part of a Masters level qualification which typically involves an additional 500 hours of observed clinical practice and patient exams. I am an independent prescriber of medicines and hold a postgraduate diploma in Medical Ultrasound alongside my Bachelor of Science degree and my Masters degree.
The Real Me:
When I’m not falling off my mountain bike, I love to ride my mountain bike. I’m a keen motorcyclist and I love to travel.
